David Lorentz

David has been in the consulting field since 1993. He has an Associates Degree from St. Louis Community College – Meramec and is currently taking the Architectural Registration Exam for the State of Missouri. He has been with KWA since 1997. David serves as project manager for a great variety of projects from Historic Renovations to Quick Serve Restaurants to Office Buildings along with numerous other project types. He works with and mentors other members of the KWA team to produce quality, cost effective projects; that can get built in the real world of construction. He handles all phases of project management including Existing Conditions, Pre-Design, Site Planning, Design Development, Construction Documents, Bidding & Permitting, Contract Negations, and Construction Administration. Communicating with clients and providing them whatever service they may need, is one of David’s strengths. David’s passion is design and construction. His hobbies include soccer, camping and enjoying time with family and friends. He is also involved doing charitable work for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation (www.cfangels.org).
