Originally constructed in the 1850's this Architectural gem is the only remaining structure in St. Louis with a cast iron front Portico. The $13 Million planned adaptive-reuse project will soon be home to 49 residential units and community spaces. The long-awaited project is underway and expected to start construction this summer.
